  • Enrollment Details: Selected workshop programs, preferred cohort dates, self-reported charting experience level, and learning goals.
  • Technical Information: Anonymized telemetry data such as browser type, operating system, and interaction timestamps collected through essential or analytical cookies.

3. Purpose & Legal Basis for Processing

We process your personal data under the following lawful bases:

  • Contractual Performance: To process workshop registrations, coordinate studio workstation access, deliver digital workbooks, and conduct review clinics.

4. Data Retention Periods

We retain student enrollment records and communication logs for up to five (5) years following the conclusion of a training program to comply with statutory accounting and tax regulations in Thailand. General inquiries that do not result in enrollment are purged after twelve (12) months.

Where third-party hosting, video conferencing, or digital storage providers operate servers outside of Thailand, we ensure adequate data protection safeguards are implemented in accordance with Thai PDPA standards, including standard contractual clauses and end-to-end data encryption.
