1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Net Vertex Hub (referred to herein as "Net Vertex Hub", "we", "our", or "the Company"), operated by Net Vertex Hub Learning Co., Ltd., with registered offices at 141/5 Chang Phueak Soi 8, T. Chang Phueak, A. Mueang Chiang Mai, Chiang Mai 50300, Thailand.
By accessing our website (net-vertexhub.click), enrolling in our educational workshops, utilizing our studio facilities in Chiang Mai, or receiving technical analysis course materials, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any portion of these terms, you should refrain from enrolling in our programs or using this website.
2. Nature of Educational Services
Net Vertex Hub delivers educational workshops, chart analysis masterclasses, harmonic ratio training clinics, and individualized study mentorship. All instructional content, workbooks, video recordings, and mentor critiques are strictly intended for educational and analytical study purposes.
Participants acknowledge that financial market analysis involves substantial risk of capital loss. Net Vertex Hub equips students with analytical charting techniques and risk management models; students remain solely responsible for any decisions made in their personal trading accounts.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All training materials, syllabus designs, proprietary ratio calculation templates, reference workbooks, slide decks, diagrams, and video recordings provided by Net Vertex Hub remain the exclusive intellectual property of Net Vertex Hub Learning Co., Ltd. and are protected under Thai copyright law and international intellectual property conventions.
Enrolled participants receive a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to review materials for their individual educational development. Unauthorized reproduction, public distribution, resale, or commercial broadcast of our curriculum is strictly prohibited.
4. Studio Facilities & Code of Conduct
Students attending in-person studio labs at our Chiang Mai location are expected to maintain professional conduct, respect fellow participants and instructors, and care for workstation hardware and display equipment. Net Vertex Hub reserves the right to suspend or dismiss any participant demonstrating disruptive or abusive behavior without refund.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law in the Kingdom of Thailand, Net Vertex Hub, its directors, instructors, and employees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages, including financial losses or lost opportunities, arising out of the application or interpretation of chart analysis techniques taught in our workshops.
6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these terms or our training programs shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Chiang Mai, Thailand.
